The Naked Girl
The naked girl

This story dates back to my youth,when my spirits were very high.It was in 1976 when I secured a place in the ARS competative examination conducted under the chairmanship of one Mr Sahare ,who was also the chairman of the UPSC.We the probationers were sent to administrative training at newly created national staff college at Hyderabad.The faculty was barrowed from the IAS staff college or near by IPS staff college.We all and some of us did not go for IAS /IPS interviews after being selected to the ARS,As ARS WAS a technical,scientific job with higher promotion avenue , foreigh trainig and educational propects.PROF MS SWAMINATHAN,BABU JAGJEVEN RAM AND MRS UNDRA GANDH WERE the poiniers of the services,which was seen as a eye lash by the beurocracy, They ultimately suceeded to disband the services and degarde it to any other subordinate service and it remained defucnt for many years due to black sheep inducted from the back door,who later ruled the roast and made it worst than the erst while govt service.
OUR ENCOUNTER WITH THE NAKED GIRL
It was a routine for the probationers to choose a chaiman or convinier for the management of their day to day hostel and cultural activities.In th VI batch of the trainees I was elected as the chairman.I was supported with 5 secteries .Accompaning my mess secretary to have a survey of the market we were at CHARMINR OF HYDERABAD.We saw a lady half naked and very beautiful sellig fruits in the corner of the market.A huge crowd surrounded her,more to see her naked parts than to buy fruits.On seeing us she seemed to be uncomfotable.Perhaps we were different than her crowd.She looked at us with scorn or a ray of hope I could not make out then.I took it a look of hatred on our well dressed bodies and felt her cry how cruel are you my city or country mates to have so much costly clothes on your shaby bodies where as a I have not a chader to cover my beautiful body.The poor guys have made my poverty an obscenece .
I could not resist the scene and offereed my friend to purchase a chader or few clothes for her.I asked him to give them to her as he knew her language.He replied there are thousands and lmillions of these poor girls on iNDIAN SCENE how many are you to cover or clad.
This made my proposal rediculous and now when after 33 years when I see the famous bolly wood heriones naked on the Tv and films ,I remember the poor naked girl and wished to share the thought with you .
some are deprived to cover their beutiful bodies and some are keen to show their ugly bodies.Is not it a sale of flesh forbidden by the rights and dectates of morality irrespective of religous concerns.World of have forbids a cover or viel in france or Eu but is helpless to provide a piece of cloth to the naked girl of mine
